Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

Last updated: July 3, 2026

JKautomatic Inc. (“DroneIt360,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) operates the DroneIt360 inspection platform, including our mobile applications for iOS and Android, our web application at app.droneit360.com, and our website at droneit360.com (together, the “Services“). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Our role. DroneIt360 is a business tool used by insurance carriers, managing general agents (MGAs), inspectors, and property owners/insureds. When we handle information on behalf of an insurance carrier or other business customer, we act as that customer’s service provider / processor and handle the information under our agreement with them and this Policy.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, user role (inspector or client), and, for business users, company name and phone number.
  • Inspection information: property street address and city; insured or property-owner name; insurance company name; policy number and claim number (when supplied by the business customer); the area or concern being inspected; and the answers you enter into inspection forms (for example 4-Point, Wind Mitigation, Roof Condition, or a general underwriting survey).
  • Photos and media: photographs and images you capture or upload of properties, structures, systems, and conditions.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us (for example by email at droneit360@outlook.com or through a contact form).

b. Information collected automatically

  • Location data: When you capture a photo in the app, we record the precise geolocation (latitude, longitude, and accuracy) and the time associated with that photo so it can serve as inspection evidence. For imported drone images, location is read from the image’s EXIF metadata. You can disable location permission in your device settings; doing so removes GPS stamping from new evidence.
  • Device and usage data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language settings, IP address, and app log or diagnostic data.
  • Local storage: On the web app, images are stored in your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB) and related metadata in local storage to support offline use.

c. Camera and photo library

The app requests access to your device camera to capture inspection photos and to your photo library to import existing images (such as drone captures). We access these only to provide inspection features and never for any other purpose.

d. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website (droneit360.com) uses cookies that are necessary for the site to function, to remember your preferences, and to protect against spam and abuse (for example, in our contact form). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our apps use device local storage, not advertising cookies, to keep you signed in and to cache inspection data for offline use. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some website features may not work if you disable them.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • capture, organize, label, timestamp, and geolocate inspection evidence;
  • generate inspection reports and exports (PDF, ZIP, structured data) and deliver them to the authorized business customer;
  • maintain an audit trail of who captured and edited evidence, for integrity and compliance;
  • communicate with you, including service and support messages;
  • detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your inspection content or personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

  • With the commissioning business customer. Inspection files and related data are shared with the insurance carrier, MGA, or client who requested or owns the inspection.
  • Service providers / subprocessors. We use trusted vendors to host and operate the Services, including Supabase (cloud database, authentication, and file storage), our hosting provider, and Brevo (transactional and contact email). These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
  • App stores. Apple and Google process information related to app distribution and any in-app purchases under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DroneIt360, our users, or others. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary, and where legally permitted we notify affected users.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information and inspection content for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain evidentiary and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Business customers may direct the retention or deletion of records they control. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security controls, least-privilege access, append-only audit logging, and network hardening. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at droneit360@outlook.com. If your information was provided through a business customer (such as your insurance carrier), we may refer your request to that customer.

  • Account deletion. You may delete your account and associated personal data from within the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing droneit360@outlook.com. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
  • Device permissions. You can manage location, camera, and photo permissions in your device settings.
  • Communications. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
