Delete Your Account

You can delete your DroneIt360 account and its associated data at any time.

From within the app

1. Open the DroneIt360 app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account, profile, and the inspection data and photos you own are permanently removed.

By request

If you cannot access the app, email droneit360@outlook.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity and then delete your account and associated personal data.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information (name, role, company, phone)
• Inspection records and photos you own

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax, audit, or contractual obligations, or where an inspection file is owned by a business customer (such as an insurance carrier) that controls that record. Any retained data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
